Opening Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
We reply to all emails within 24 hours on business days. Enquiries received over the weekend or on bank holidays are handled on the next business day.

Returns and Complaints
Before returning an item, please contact us by email so we can give you the correct return address and instructions. We do not accept unannounced returns sent to the address on the parcel.

Faulty or Damaged Items
Received a faulty or damaged item? Send us a photo as proof at info@molliemay.co.uk, and we'll send you a replacement free of charge, with no return required.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and link. If you can't find the email, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll help you out.
